Its output terminal goes to equal to 2VBE, when each transistor 20, 18 is both in an ON state, and the other output terminal is connected to the output terminal through the base and the emitter of one transistor, therefore, it becomes a value being lower by a VBE portion than 2VBE, namely, VBE. IN such a way, connection of the next stage is also simple, and besides, output transistors of current mirror circuits 16, 22 are not driven by a deep saturation, and a high speed inversion can be executed.
