CONSTITUTION:The titled device provides the coating roller 72, used for an image recording device 10 which obtains the image by transferring the image recorded on the heat development photosensitive material 16 on the image receiving material under the existence of a solvent for forming the images, which coats the solvent for forming the images on the heat development photosensitive material 16 or the image receiving material and a control means 78 for controlling the number of the rotation of said roller 72 and the feeding speed of the heat development photosensitive material 16 or the image receiving material so that the pitch of coating becomes the specified value or below.
