Subsequently, the video signal SV obtained from the first switching circuit 202 and the carrier signals SA, SD obtained through a band pass filter 2071 from an output signal of the second switching circuit 204 are synthesized and outputted. By the band pass filter 2071, a spurious signal SSP in a band of the video signal SV generated due to the mutual modulation between the carrier signals in the second switching circuit 204 is eliminated, and no spurious signal SSP is contained in the band of the video signal to be outputted.
