CONSTITUTION:In each slave station, encironmental noises are collected by a sound collecting means 1 provided with a microphone 11 and a filter circuit 12. The level of thus collected noise and that of a set noise are compared with each other in the comparison circuit 21 of a comparison means 2, and the results of comparison undergo an A/D converter 22, then sequentially stored in a memory 23, so that a comparison-result average value is outputted from an average value output circuit 24. Then, the sound volume of ringing is automatically and suitably control led by a setting means 3 comprising a sound volume selection circuit 31 and a sound volume setting circuit 32. As a result, that ringing can not be heard because of its too low noise or that the sound volume of the ringing comes too much higher than that of environmental noises, can be prevented.
