Abstract

PURPOSE:To form patterns on the surface of concrete easily and quickly, by a method wherein light-weight aerated concrete is placed in a frame and a rubber form or sheet with patterns is applied on the upper surface of the concrete while the upper surface thereof is rolled by a roller to transfer the patterns of the rubber form or sheet to the surface of the concrete. CONSTITUTION:A rubber form or sheet 3 with patterns is applied on the upper surface of concrete 2 when the light-weight aerated concrete 2, placed in a panel frame 1, does not generate elastic deformation. The upper surface of the rubber form or sheet 3 with patterns is rolled by a rolling roller 4 whereby the patterns 3a of the rubber form or sheet 3 are transferred to the surface of the concrete 2. After the transfer is finished, the rubber form or sheet 3 with patterns is removed from the upper surface of the concrete 2.
