Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 駆動軸に連結したねじ軸の一端部を軸受を
介して機台に支持し、該ねじ軸の他端部を軸受及
び該軸受の外レースの外周に配置した弾性部材を
介して機台に支持し、更に前記ねじ軸に往復移動
手段を取付けたことを特徴とするねじ軸支持装置
。 (2) 前記弾性部材はＯリングであることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のね
じ軸支持装置。 (3) 前記駆動軸はサーボモータの駆動軸である
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
に記載のねじ軸支持装置。 (4) 前記往復移動手段は往復台であることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の
ねじ軸支持装置。
