Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to improve the adhesive strength, heat resistance and vibration-damping performance of a laminate comprising an adhesive polyolefin composition containing at least three members of a specified modified polyolefin, an unmodified polyolefin, an elastomer, CaCO3 and an inorganic substance other than CaCO3 and another material. CONSTITUTION:The title composition (A) is obtained by mixing at least three members of the following components (a)-(e): 10-95wt.% modified polyolefin (a) obtained by graft-polymerizing an organosilane compound containing an ethylenic-alloy unsaturated bond (e.g., vinyltriethoxysilane) or a polar group- containing unsaturated compound (e.g., allyl glycidyl ether) with a polyolefin, preferably, in the presence of an organic peroxide, 0-85wt.% unmodified polyolefin (b), 5-60wt.% elastomer (c) lower in a tensile modulus at ordinary temperature than components (a) and (b) [the total of components (a), (b) and (c) is 50-90wt.%), 5-50wt.% CaCO3 (d) and 0-45wt.% inorganic substance (e) other than component (d) (e.g., silica talc), wherein the total of components (d) and (e) is 10-50wt.%. Another material (B) (e.g., a metal such as iron) is laminated with component A.
