Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable mixed coating in a short period of time by spotting and dropping plural kinds of liquids to be mixed into the drop receiving holes in a two-fluids spray nozzle and spraying these liquids simultaneously to the outside by air thereby forming the mists and mixing the same. CONSTITUTION:Plural kinds of the liquids A, B are discharged in the form of liquid from plural pieces of airless nozzles 3, 5 into the gas blow chamber 2 in the two-fluids nozzle 1 according to the ratios at which the liquids are mixed respectively. These liquids are stored once in the bottom in funnel-shaped drop receiving holes 11, 12. The liquid drops A0, B0 stagnating in bottoms 11E, 12E are forced into passages 13, 14 of fine holes by the pressure of gas G when the gas G is blown like spots from a gas supply pipe 7 opened in the chamber 2. These drops are joined at a lower point 15 and are primarily mixed. The liquids are sprayed by the remaining gaseous pressure from the ejection hole 18a of a nozzle 16 and are made into the mists which are secondarily mixed and are coated like a dot on a material to be coated.
