Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、フエライト材で構成したたばこホル
ダに関する。

一般にたばこ用のフイルタとしては活性炭が使
用されているが、フエライトも吸着作用があるた
め、バリウムフエライトを通してたばこを吸う
と、運動後や楽器吹奏後のような喫煙のうまみが
生ずる場合がある。

本考案はかかる点に鑑み、喫煙時の有害成分の
吸着を目的とするものではなく、喫煙の味を良好
にするため、通気性を有するフエライトを主体と
したホルダを提案することを主たる目的とする。

第１図及び第２図は本案の一例を示す外観斜視
図及び断面図である。１はホルダの形状に成形し
たバリウムフエライト成形体のホルダ本体を示
し、バリウムフエライト粉末の圧粉体又は多孔質
の焼結体で構成される。１ａは吸い口、１ｂはた
ばこ挿入口である。そしてホルダ本体１の通煙部
以外を樹脂又はメツキ２により被覆し、吸煙中の
外気の侵入を防止すると共に、ホルダ自体の強度
を確保するようにしている。従つて、従来の分離
したフイルタと外筒部とを機能上一体化した構造
となる。

粒径0.3μm以上が有利でありまた吸着作用からす
ると平均粒径２mm以下の方が好ましい。また多孔
質の焼結体は吸煙性からすると、空孔率20％以上
が必要である。フイルタ部の面積や長さは、バリ
ウムフエライトの吸着面積及び吸煙時の流動抵抗
によつて決定されるものである。例えば、フエラ
イト粒子径が小さいと吸着面積が広いので、フイ
ルタ部の体積は減少できる。また空孔率が低い
と、吸煙時の流動抵抗は大きくなるので、通気断
面積を広くし、通気経路を短くする必要がある。
