Then a register 21 stores an output data of the RAM 20 according to the memory address given from the central processing unit and displays it to the central processing unit. In detecting the information change, since the central processing unit recognizes the device from the RAM address directly, the alarm monitor is applied without notifying the alarm notice form on the highway by scanning periodically the constant of the RAM.
