Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the temp. decrease of a liq. mixture on a separation membrane by vaporizing at least a part of a raw liq. mixture to be supplied, bringing the vapor into direct contact with the liq. film of the liq. mixture on the separation membrane and partially condensing the vapor into the liq. film. CONSTITUTION:In the separation by permeation and vaporization, the mixture at least part of which is vaporized, is introduced into one end of a module unit 2. A part of the vapor is brought into contact with the liq. film 4 flowing on the separation membrane 3, and condensed. The remaining vapor is liquefied by a condenser 5, and supplied as the liq. film 4 through a connecting pipe 6. The component 7 permeated through the membrane and a liq. residue 8 are further purified, as required, in a distillation tower, and used as the products. By this method, the temp. decrease of the liq. film in the module unit is reduced, the separation system is made compact, the capacity is increased, and the cost is reduced.
