Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the uneven painting before and after the supply of a thinner and to improve painting by variably controlling the feed rate of the thinner per unit hour during the continuation of the painting by the thinner supply according to the kinds of paints. CONSTITUTION:The rate of the thinner to be extruded per unit hour at the start is set nearly the same as the previous color paint A to be supplied per unit hour in the stage for continuing the previous color painting by the thinner extrusion to be started from the point of the time before the prescribed time from the point of the time when the previous color A painting ends at the time of changing the color from the paint A to the paint B. The electric signals which are changed and corrected by the extrusion data and extrusion coeffts. for each of the paints previously inputted to a computer 18 are then outputted from the computer 18 to a control device 19 consisting of electro/pneumatic converters. These electric signals are converted to air signals which control an air operated regulator 17.
