Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of paint flow rate control and to maintain the uniform thickness of coated films by operating a regulator for cleaning liquid and mass flow meter for cleaning liquid and exactly controlling the flow rate of the cleaning liquid after the push out of paint is started. CONSTITUTION:The paint flow rate is controlled by the regulator 9X for paint and the mass flow meter 4X for paint disposed to a paint supply passage 21 until the push out is started in a control device for the discharge rate of paint. On the other hand, the flow rate of the cleaning liquid and eventually the flow rate of the residual paint are controlled by the regulator 9Y for cleaning liquid and the mass flow meter 4Y for cleaning liquid disposed to a cleaning liquid supply passage 22 after the push out is started. Since the flow rate of the cleaning liquid is independently controlled in such a manner, the disturbance in the flow rate control of the residual paint occurring in the difference in the difference in the density between the paint and the cleaning liquid is prevented and the quality of the painted surface painted by the push out is improved.
