Abstract

CONSTITUTION:Analog input signals from channels 1 and 2 are stored in a memory 8 through A/D converters 3 and 4 and a parallel I/O port 7. When a switch 16d of an operation part 5 is placed on an all-display side, all data of the channels 1 and 2 are read out, stored temporarily in a V-RAM 13, and supplied to a CRT 15 through a parallel I/O port 14. When a partial display is selected, on the other hand, an address indicated with a movement quantity adjusting screw 16b is used as a start address to display a specific number of data on the CRT 15. Then when there is a right-left or up-down scroll indication, the readout address of the memory 8 is changed or an offset value is added to or subtracted from each data, so that the waveform of a specified channel is scrolled.
