In such a constitution, a sequence program is generated and edited. In addition, the program card contains a RAM 3 to store the generated sequence program. Thus the program card can store the sequence program. Then a sequence program can be generated, edited and stored in an optional place since the power of the card type program controller is supplied from a battery 10.
