Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a modified polyolefin adhesive having an excellent adhesive property to both polyolefins and polyesters, by copolymerizing a polyolefin with a specific amount of an oxazoline ring-containing monomer. CONSTITUTION:The objective adhesive is produced by copolymerizing (A) a polyolefin preferably comprising polypropylene and if necessary (B) a synthetic rubber with (C) a monomer having an oxazoline ring in the molecule such as a monomer of formula I or II in an amount of 10<-6>-10<-3>mol., preferably 10<-5>-5X10<-4>mol., per g of the produced modified polyolefin.
