Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the folding performance by making the upper surface of a paper sheet flat, by constituting a paper receiving board from a fixed receiving board having a projecting tiling part at the center part and the horizontal parts on the both sides, the first movable board which can be turned over the tilting part, second movable board which can turn at the top edge of the first movable board. CONSTITUTION:When paper sheets 1 are piled by a prescribed quantity, and a paper receiving board 2 lowers by a prescribed quantity, and a holding plate 6 is released form a guide 7, the first movable board 40 turns together with a rotary shaft 5, and is stopped by a stopper, and tilted by the nearly equal angle to a tilting part 32. In this turn, the top edge of the second movable board 41 is stopped by a stopper 34 and set horizontal along a horizontal part 33. Therefore, in case of the paper having the length longer than the folding length, the projection quantity of a flat surface part 31 is made equal to the bulging-up quantity, and the upper surface of the paper is made nearly plane. Further, in case of the paper sheet 1 having the length shorter than the folding length, the projection quantity of the flat surface part 31 is made equal to the bulging-up quantity corresponding to the folding length, and the upper surface of the paper can be made flat.
