PURPOSE:To inhibit toner and a toner cartridge which do not match with a device such as a copying machine from being used by composing the toner cartridge of an internal container where toner is put and a soft external bag, then boring a hole in this soft external bag, contracting its sealed space and disabling the cartridge to be used before the toner cartridge is replaced. CONSTITUTION:The toner cartridge T consists of the internal container 1 which contains the toner and the soft external bag 2, and the sealed space 12 between the both 1 and 2 is expanded to form the toner cartridge T in such a usable shape that the cartridge T can be mounted on a toner hopper. Then at least the soft externals bag 2 of the toner cartridge T is holed before the toner cartridge T is replaced to contract the sealed space 12, thereby disabling the cartridge to be used. Consequently, the toner and toner cartridge T which do not match with the device such as the copying machine are inhibited from being used.
