Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the rigidity, and to extend a high band threshold frequency band by providing a radial shape having a rib structure on the surface, continuing it to a neck part, setting the density of its part to high density, forming and drying the whole surface to almost uniform surface thickness, and adding a part of different density of the radial shape to the neck part and onto the surface. CONSTITUTION:At the time of paper making of a diaphragm 1, deposit weighing capacities of a rib 2 of a radial shape, and a neck part 3 connected to this rib are made different, and thereafter, the whole surface is formed and dried to almost uniform surface thickness, and the radial shape and a part of different density of the neck part are added onto the surface. A split vibration always generates even split areas in the circumferential direction. Therefore, for instance, when the number of radial shapes 3 having the rib 2 are even, its part becomes a node, and the split vibration is rather induced consequently. Therefore, by setting the number of radial shapes 3 having the rib 2 to odd pieces, a large effect is obtained.
