Abstract

PURPOSE:To freely adjust an interval of the positions of an hour hand and a minute hand and obtain the structure of a three-hand type timepiece which diminishes cost problem by setting a second hand shaft, on which a second shaft is mounted, separated from an hour and minute hand shaft on which the hour and minute hands are mounted. CONSTITUTION:A second hand 7 is fixed on the edge of a second hand shaft 6 rotated and driven by a mechanical body 5. A wheel gear 9 which is made a first rotating wheel is mounted on a shaft 8 equivalent to a minute hand shaft speed-reduced, rotated and driven by the mechanical body 5. A wheel gear 10 which is made a second rotating wheel is mounted on a shaft 11 at fixed intervals upward from the gear 9. A minute wheel 15 is engaged with a minute hand pinion 13c formed in a minute hand wheel 13, an hour hand wheel gear 16b is engaged with the minute wheel, and an hour hand 17 is fixed on the edge of an hour hand pipe formed on a wheel gear 16b.
