Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the slip resisting performance of a rim by winding and disposing a cord reinforcing layer in parallel to or inclined to the peripheral direction of a tire in the peripheral direction of the tire inside a base rubber layer or tread rubber layer constituting a tire base body. CONSTITUTION:A tire base body 4 disposes an annular base rubber layer 2 and a tread rubber layer 3 respectively inside and outside, the base rubber layer 2 being a hard rubber layer reinforced by a short fiber cord for example. The tread rubber layer 3 is constituted from a cap tread 9 excellent in anticut property and anti-wear property and forming the outer surface of tread surface and a cushion rubber layer 10 disposed inside said tread 9 and excellent in the cushion property. Then, the base rubber layer 2 is provided with a cord reinforced layer 6 formed of ply 5 in which is interposed a code 7. The code reinforced layer 6 is provided in a range where the height from the inner surface of tire to the intermediate position of said layer 6 is 60% or less of the radial section height of tire.
