Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The parallel main faces 4, 4' which face each other are etched and smoothed in order to improve the propagation characteristic of the rectilinear mode of the ultrasonic waves of the ultrasonic delay line 1 consisting of the delay line body 2 having the above-mentioned main faces 4, 4' and a transducer part 3 for input/output stuck thereto.
