Abstract

The resonance frequency of the vibrator 4 varies with the concentration of the fluid to be measured present at the periphery of the vibrator 4, which is utilized to accurately measure the concentration of the fluid to be measured according to a vibration frequency signal generated by the vibrator 6 and a temperature signal generated by the detection end 7.
