CONSTITUTION:A protecting sheet 6 consisting of a light transmitting synthetic resin sheet is cut into almost a same size as a base material 2 of a photosensitive recording medium 1, superposed on the surface of a latent image carrying layer 3 side of the photosensitive recording medium 1, and adhered and fixed to the photosensitive recording medium 1 at one edge of the adhered part 7. Thus, the surface of the latent image carrying layer 3 side of the photosensitive recording medium 1 is covered always by the protecting sheet 6, preventing the surface from scratch, sticking of dusts, or stain. By this constitution, a distinct picture image corresponding to picture image information is formed.
