Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a rear cover from being detached and to prevent a tensile force from being caused at a soldered part by a method wherein a protruding piece which has been bent inward in a nearly right-angled direction is installed at an edge of a partition plate, an end part of the protruding piece is bent downward and a cover- fastening claw having an oblique side at a tip part and a protrusion-shaped cover support are installed. CONSTITUTION:A partition plate 22 has a horizontal-U-shape formed by bending a band-like metal sheet; legs 22A are installed at respective upper edges on three sides; a protruding piece 22B which has been bent inward in a nearly right-angled direction is installed at an edge of the central side; end parts of the protruding piece 22B are bent downward; a right-triangle-like cover-fastening claw 22C having an oblique side at its tip part and a protrusion-like cover support 22D facing the oblique side 22Ca are installed. A stopper 22Aa is installed at the leg 22A; the partition plate 22 is fixed to a printed wiring board 21 and is inserted into a metal-made rectangular frame body 23; a substrate-stopper claw 22C protrudes and the printed wiring board 21 is fixed to the frame body 23. Then, this assembly is dipped into a solder and a soldering operation is executed. A surface cover 24 is attached to the upper side of the frame body 23; a rear cover 25 is attached to the lower side while the cover- fastening claw 22C is being inserted into a cover-fastening square hole 25B.
