Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent disengagement of fastening due to loosening of band metal, and also prevent scattering of end portion at the time of breaking by making a joining projection part, which has a wide part and a narrow part, and a joining projection part with protrusion interlockingly fit at both ends of band metal, and making joining projection parts with horn shaped recess part interlockingly fit. CONSTITUTION:At both ends of a band metal, multiple flexion cuts 1-1, 2-1 are made in a row. The space between a wide part W1 and a narrow part W2 and a length of flexion cut H1 are given slightly wider at the female side, and slightly narrower at the male side. Also, at the end portion of each band metal, cuts with horn shaped protrusion on the inner side 1-2, 2-2 are made in the same row as the flexion cuts 1-1, 2-1. A horn shaped protrusion on the inner side 11-5 for the cut with horn shaped protrusion on the inner side is made at the center at the female side, and at the male side, the cut with protrusion on the inner side 2-2 is made at a position which is slightly moved from the equivalent position of the horn shaped protrusion on the inner side on the female side. The ends of band metal are overlapped so that trapezoidal shaped joining projection parts 11-1, 12-1 meet joining projection parts with horn shaped protrusion on the inner side 11-2, 12-2. The trapezoidal shaped joining projection part 12-1 fits in the recess part on the rear surface of the trapezoidal shaped joining convex part 11-1, and the joining projection part with horn shaped protrusion on the inner side 12-2 fits in the recess part on the rear surface of the joining projection part with horn shaped protrusion on the inner side 11-2. When both band metals 1, 2 are pressed, both band metals are completely engaged.
