Abstract

DIP type IC 2 is in contact with only the wedge-form projection 11 at the bot tom of the IC case 1, when the IC 2 is taken out, it causes friction only against the contacting part of the wedge-form projection 11. Therefore, electrical charge caused by friction is rarely brought about and also IC is not broken by electrical discharge.
