Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily contain, receive and deliver semi-conductor devices by providing a carrier frame having tubes on which holding ditches are formed to contain semi-conductor devices, a left side holder for the both edges of the tube to make them close, a right side holder having a stopper which covers the edges of the holding ditches and a holding plate to keep the both holders. CONSTITUTION:In case of a delivery of semi-conductor devices 12 on respective tubes 13 of a rack-structure 11, a transportation carrier 29 is transferrably held in both vertical and horizontal directions. When setting the opening side edge of respective tubes 13 against the opposite edges in the rack-structure 11 within the transportation carrier 29 and also when connecting a suspension tool 28 to a shifter, semi-conductor devices 12, which are contained in order in every tube 13, are extruded from the tubes to feed the devices to their delivery place by means of a pushing bar 30 inserted into a straight hole 15e at an end stopper 15d of the rack structure 11. The transportation carrier 29 is vertically and horizontally transferred to deliver the semi-conductor devices in due order to the respective tubes 13 and the semi-conductor devices are separately contained in respective rack structure 11 in order to be contained and transferred for every group of classified functions.
