Abstract
PURPOSE:To surely separate and draw out both an organic phase and an inorganic phase which have been separated by centrifugal separation with easy operation in a short time by fitting a dispensation pipe for dispensing the organic phase and the inorganic phase. CONSTITUTION:The aperture of the bottom part of a centrifugal separation pipe main body 10 is closed with a stopper 14 and an emulsion sample 2 is introduced into the separation pipe main body 10 in such a state that a dispensation pipe 15 fitted with a cock is detached and it is treated with a centrifugal separator as done heretofore and separated into an organic phase 3 and an inorganic phase 4. The centrifugal separation pipe is taken out from the centrifugal separator and the dispensation pipe 15 is attached to the aperture of the top part and thereafter the upper and lower parts are inverted. In this state, the stopper 14 of the upper part is detached and the cock 17 of the dispensation pipe 15 is opened and the inorganic phase 4 existing in the lower phase in the separation pipe main body 10 is dispensed into a breaker 8. At a point of time when the interface of the inorganic phase 4 and the organic phase 3 reaches the level of the cock 17 provided to the flow path of the dispensation pipe, the cock 17 is quickly closed.
