Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently remove rust swellings and scales from the inside of a piping, by providing a stainless-steel cylinder in a piping with doughnut-shaped anisotropic magnets and with aluminum plates having through-holes, and forming a magnetic and electric fields so that the water flowing through the cylinder is affected thereby and activated. CONSTITUTION:A stainless-steel cylinder 1 which has been provided therein with doughnut-shaped anisotropic magnets 2 and aluminum plates 3 having through-holes for ensuring smooth flow is disposed in a piping. The water flowing through this cylinder 1 is activated by applying to the water a magnetic and electric fields, thereby to remove rust swellings and scales from the inside of the piping so as to obtain water which has the ability to rapidly grow animals and plants and enables a higher production efficiency.
