Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase control torque in reinforcing field strength, by providing a pole case of which the cross-sectional area at the edge of the opening is equal to or larger than the cross-sectional area of the pole. CONSTITUTION:The outside of a copper wire coil 9 for an electromagnet is surrounded by a pole case 7 formed with a ferromagnetic substance. The pole case 7 has a circular plane bottom plate 6 and a circular bar pole 8. In this case, it is formed so that the sectional area of the opening surface in the pole case 7 of a cylinder body may be equal to or larger than the cross-sectional area of the pole 8. The eddy current generated by this electromagnet is the one generated without the pole case 7, while being added by the eddy current generated with the pole case 7.
