PURPOSE:To prevent invasion of dust or the like from an opening by using a shutter turned freely having a nearly flat shape corresponding to 1st and 2nd openings of the front panel at the non-loading of a cartridge. CONSTITUTION:A shutter 28 closed at the rear face of a font panel 22 for an opening 32 has a flat projecting form corresponding nearly to the 1st opening 32a and the 2nd opening 32b and has a structure turnable by taking the right/left direction in figure as a turning fulcrum. Then the shutter 28 is energized so as to turn by a spring 29 as an energizing means energizing the shutter 28 in a prescribed direction. Thus, the 1st and 2nd openings 32a, 32b of the front panel 22 are closed by the shutter 28 when no cartridge is loaded, and the cartridge slides the part nearly corresponding to the 1st opening part 32a of the shutter 28 to drive the shutter 28 even if the cartridge is loaded.
