CONSTITUTION:Two kinds of non-reflection processing are available. One is cutting an end face of an optical fiber 5 askew. Reflected light on the end face A of the optical fiber 5 is mirror reflected on the end face A to irradiate inner wall surfaces of all cylinders. The inner wall surfaces of the cylinders are coated black. Thus, the reflected light on the end face A of the optical fiber 5 is prevented from being incident into the sample again. The other is applying a non-reflection coating film on the end face of the optical fiber. The inner wall surface of a cylinder 2 is so arranged that an end face at the light receiving end A is cut parallel with the surface of the sample to eliminate reflection of light on the wall surface while a non-reflection coating AC is applied.
