Abstract

When the surface excepting a coil terminal surface 4 of the molded coil 3 is shot blasted, the hollow spheres 10 on the surface of the molded coil 3 break and form minute and complicated irreguralities. An adherent metal 6 is flame sprayed on the hollow sphere broken irreguralities 11 of the molded coil 3. The adherent metal 6 enters the innermost of the irreguralities 11 and is coated therein.
