Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain reproduction for any number of times from an optional position without damaging a recording source by storing a digital audio signal into a memory, reading the signal from the memory after the end of storage, applying D/A conversion and outputting the result. CONSTITUTION:A repeat control section 15 stores a digital audio data SD outputted from the A/D converter 11 into a RAM 14 depending on the repeat reproduction request and reads the digital audio data in the order of storage from the RAM 14 after the end of storage and gives it to a D/A converter 13, where the data is D/A-converted and outputted through reproduction. Thus, it is not required to move a read part to the reproduction start position, then the source is not damaged and reproduction is attained quickly upon the request of reproduction and the repetitive reproduction is attained from an optional desired position by the user.
