Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to form ceramic superconductive matter of a desired form of long wire, thin wire, etc., by flame coating composite ceramic consisting of M<1>, M<2> and M<3>, or single elements of M<1>, M<2> and M<3> or compound including these elements on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:For manufacturing ceramic superconductive matter of a composi tion expressed by a formula of M<1>x M<2>y M<3>z (where M<1> refers to at least one element selected among a group consisting of group Ia elements, group IIa elements and group IIIa elements in the periodic table, M<2> refers to at least one element selected among a group consisting of a group Ib elements, group IIb elements and group IIIb elements, and M<3> refers to at least one element selected among a group consisting of oxygen, nitrogen, fluorine, and sulfur), composite ceramic consisting of M<1>, M<2> and M<3>, or single elements of M<1>, M<2> and M<3>, or compound including these elements are flame-coated on a sub strate, and thus formed composite of the substrate and the ceramic superconductive matter is heated.
