Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被検査製品を載置する透明な保持板を備え
、前記保持板に対する一方に光源を設けると共に
、前記保持板に対する他方に被検査製品の鋳抜穴
を通過した光を捕捉するカメラを設け、さらに前
記カメラから得た被検査製品の鋳抜穴に関するデ
ータと予め記憶されている被検査製品に特有の鋳
抜穴に関するデータとを比較して鋳抜穴の良否を
判断する画像処理装置を備えたことを特徴とする
鋳抜穴検査装置。 (2) 前記透明な保持板が強化ガラスから成るこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の鋳抜穴検査装置。
