- 制御装置における電源を流れる電流値を検出す
る手段と、該電流値の上限値および下限値を設定
する手段と、検出された電流値を設定されている
上下限設定値と比較して電流値が上下限設定値を
超えた際に異常検出信号を出力する比較手段とを
備えたことを特徴とする異常検出装置。
