Abstract
PURPOSE:To prepare an easily takable food having slippery surface, giving excellent feeling to the teeth and smoothly passing through the throat, by using an oleaginous seed portion such as soybean protein as a main raw material, preparing a proteinous food raw material with an extruder and heating the material after applying starch to the surface. CONSTITUTION:An oleaginous seed protein such as soybean protein is used as a main raw material and is treated preferably with a twin-screw extruder to obtain a proteinous food raw material. The objective food is prepared by applying starch preferably together with a seasoning to the surface of the raw material and heating the product.
