Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the size of a ladder filter small without deteriorating the performance by arranging each electrode of series and parallel resonators in a piezoelectric ceramic substance sintered integrally. CONSTITUTION:A series resonator electrode 2 and parallel resonator electrode 3 are arranged concentrically to the middle of the piezoelectric ceramic substance 1 of the integrally sintered type ladder filter at an interval in a broadwise direction. Moreover, the ceramic 1 is formed nearly to be a rectangular prism shaped and external electrodes 4, 5 with silver paste applied to a couple of parallel side walls are arranged. The resonator electrode 2 is connected to the electrode 4 by a lead 6 and the other resonator electrode 2 is connected to the electrode 5 by a lead 7. Furthermore, the electrode 5 is connected to the resonator electrode 3 by a lead 8 and the earth side external electrode 9 is connected to the other of the resonator electrodes 3. Then the series resonator 10 and the parallel resonator 11 are formed corresponding to the cavities 1, 2.
