Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce the titled substrate causing no dimensional change by cutting a green sheet having relieved latent stress, sticking a film to the sheet, piercing holes in the sheet, stripping the film and sintering the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A slurry produced in a slurry producing stage 1 is fed to a green sheet forming stage 2 and a formed green sheet of a prescribed thickness is fed to a latent stress relieving stage 13. In the stage 13, the solvent component in the green sheet is removed to relieve the latent stress. A film is stuck to the green sheet in a film sticking stage 14 and holes are pierced in the sheet in a piercing stage 3. After the film is stripped in a stripping stage 4, the green sheet is sintered in a sintering stage 5.
