Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the precision position control of an actuator under a wide range of temperature environment by allowing operating oil to be in constant circulating flow from a hydraulic source into a cover that houses the actuator and a position control sensor. CONSTITUTION:An actuator 1 and a position control sensor 2 are enclosed with a hollow cover 3, and the return circuit 8 of a directional control valve 6 is connected to the cover 3 via a circulating circuit 9. Hence operating oil can be constantly circulated into the cover 3 from a hydraulic source, and the thermal effect resulting from external environment can be precluded. Accordingly, the precision position control of the actuator may be possible under a wide range of temperature environment.
