Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate a special connecting member at a connected part with a panel for a side wall and facilitate its assembly work by a method wherein a recess avoiding protrusion is formed, adjoining two surfaces are provided around the recess, a frame member having one surface provided with a concave recess and the other surface made as a flat surface is provided with a non-regular heat insulating panel having one surface formed similarly at a surface position at of the inner panel member. CONSTITUTION: Each of an inner surface member 11 and an outer surface member 12 acting as composing parts of a panel is formed into a rectangular shape, it is divided into a plurality of small surface members forming substantial L-shaped sectional flange portions 17 at four sides, when each of the small surface members is connected to each other, a recess is formed. Further, a third frame member 18 having a concave groove 19 (the concave groove is provided with a rotary type lock 24) connected to protrusions of a second frame member 7 arranged at an upper end surface and a lower end surface of a panel 4 for a side wall is fixed to the flanges 17 in such a manner as one in which the concave groove 19 is exposed at the inner surface member. After this operation, foaming raw liquid is foamed and filled between the inner surface members 11, 12 so as to constitute an irregular heat insulating panel. Concave or convex portions at the panel end surfaces are combined, the panel members can be forcedly connected and fixed to each other at the rotary type lock 24, resulting in that any special connecting members are not required and their assembly work can be easily carried out.
