することによつて、前記２フイールド相互間の映
像信号が一致しているかどうかを判別する判別手
段と、 判別手段の出力に応答し、前記２フイールド相
互間の映像信号の一致が判別されたときには、２
つのフイールドの映像信号を読出し、また不一致
が判別されたときには、時間的に先行するフイー
ルドの映像信号を繰返し読出す読出手段とを含む
