たことを特徴とする噴霧乾燥装置。 (2) さらに噴霧乾燥室の天井部を非通気性部と
した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の噴霧乾
燥装置。 (3) 非通気性部が、噴霧乾燥室を振動させるた
めの振動機構と接触する部分に形成される、実用
