Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to cut an earth leakage detection circuit and an electromagnetic coil off a power source even if a switch button is pressed and held by bringing a series circuit to an open condition when a main contact point section is opened by pressing the switch button. CONSTITUTION:A first contact point plate 32 resiliently brought into contact with or separated from a lead 31 on one side of a resistance 30, the resistance 30, and a second contact point plate 40 connected to a circuit release mechanism 6 and brought into contact with or separated from the other lead 31 of the resistance 30 constitute a series circuit 41 and are located opposite to a switch button 7. When the switch button 7 is pressed, the first contact point plate 32 comes into contact with the lead 31 to make a connection between a detection circuit 35 and a main contact point section 36, a release electromagnetic device 4 is excited with an output of the detection circuit 35 to actuate the circuit release mechanism 6, and the main contact point section 36 is cut off. The action of the circuit release mechanism 6 at this time actuates the second contact point plate 40 to be separated from the lead 31 of the resistance 30. This makes it possible to cut an earth leakage detection circuit and an electromagnetic coil off a power source even if the switch button is pressed and held.
