Abstract
PURPOSE:To easily obtain large inductance of a coil and to adjust the inductance by obtaining the inductance by a conductive film formed in the valley of the spiral groove of a bobbin and composing the bobbin of a stretchable insulating material. CONSTITUTION:A spiral groove 2 is formed on the center of a bobbin 1 made of plastic, such as polypropylene. The groove 2 is formed by bending the bobbin 1 itself to radially inward and outward sides. An adhesive 4 is further filled in the groove 2, the opposite sidewalls of the groove 2 are secured with the adhesive 4 in a state disposed at near sides, thereby holding the bobbin 1 in a state compressed in a center line direction. Since a conductive film 3 is spirally extended along the groove 2, a spiral coil is formed, thereby obtaining an inductance. On the other hand, since the bobbin 1 is disposed in a state compressed in a center line direction by the adhesive 4, the inductance inversely proportional to the length of the center line direction can be increased and adjusted.
