Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ アルミニウム板、ステンレス鋼板、プラスチ
    ツク板あるいは板ガラスなどの平板部材の表面に
    付着した微粉末などの付着物を除去する装置であ
    つて、該平板部材を水平状態で搬送する搬送経路
    の途中適所に、平板部材の搬送方向とは直交する
    方向に沿うようにスリツト状に開口し、かつ、平
    板部材の表面に接触することはないが、該表面に
    近接して対向する付着物吸引口を設け、該吸引口
    に吸引ポンプを接続してなる平板部材表面の付着
    物除去装置。 ２ 付着物吸引口の配設位置より搬送方向上流側
    に、平板部材の表面を摺擦するブラシを設けてな
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の平板部
    材表面の付着物除去装置。 ３ 付着物吸引口の一端部または両端部を開閉す
    るダンパーを設けてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項または第２項に記載の平板部材表面の付着
    物除去装置。
