Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The LED of an indicator 3 is lit in correspondence to the position of a shift lever 1. For example, when the lever 1 is situated in the position of D in a shift pattern, the LED indicating D is displayed; while when it is situated in the position of R in the shift pattern, the LED indicating R is displayed. And the indicator 3 is arranged between a speedometer 4 inside an instrument panel 2 and a tachometer 5, so that the indicator 3 comes easily into the sight of an operator in a normal operating condition. Thus, the operator can assure the position of the shift lever 1 by means of the indicator 3 while making sure of the front.
