Claims (1)
- タレツト上に複数工具を備えた旋盤に、マガジ
ンに複数の交換工具を備えたＡＴＣを付属させ、
タレツト割出し作業、マガジン割出し作業、工具
交換作業を適時行うＡＴＣ付タレツト旋盤の工具
制御装置にして、複数桁で書かれた１種の工具指
令コードを読取るコード読取部と、読取コードを
所定の桁で分割するコード分解部と、分解コード
の所定の桁で作業種を知り残りの桁で作業の内容
を決定する分解コード解析部と、コード解析結果
に基いてタレツト割出し作業、マガジン割出し作
業、工具交換作業を指令する指令部を備えたこと
を特徴とするＡＴＣ付タレツト旋盤の工具制御装
置。
